Cancellation
Most of the Cottage Chic items are made-to-order and are usually dispatched within 7 days. Our aim is to dispatch your product in 48 hours. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order we reserve the right to cancel it at any time before delivery and issue a full refund.

Product Colours & Patterns
Because of differences in PCs and monitors the colours displayed on your screen may not exactly match the colours of fabrics listed. In addition, because
each product is individually handmade to order, the exact positioning of the fabric pattern may vary slightly.
All sizes are approximate. Please note that our products are hand-made, so they may vary slightly. 
However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item you have ordered we will be happy to offer a refund in accordance with our returns policy.                                                     
 If you would like to request a fabric sample prior to making a purchase, please contact us via email.

Overseas Customers - Additional duties and taxes

Overseas customers  are most welcome but will be liable for all local customs taxes payable as a result of delivery of goods outside of the United Kingdom.                                      
Payment is only accepted via Paypal for international customers.

 

Privacy

Cottage Chic respects your privacy and the security of your personal information. We only use your personal information to process your order and contact you if necessary. We do not see or store your credit card details and we do not share your details with anyone else.

 

Returns & Refunds

We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us.

 

If the item is returned in its original condition we are happy to offer a full refund, minus delivery costs.

 

 

 
All items must be returned within 14 days with the invoice included.
 
We will process your refund via the method in which payment was originally made.

 

 
Return postage costs are not refunded.
The package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend you send it via registered post, retaining proof of postage in order to claim from Royal Mail should your package be lost.
 

We are unable to offer refunds on made-to-order items unless the goods are faulty.
